1. First, pour water into the hopper, then put the appropriate amount of powder into the hopper, mix them together. The normal ratio of water and flour is 0.6-0.7/1. That is to say, if you want to mix 25 kg of dry powder, you need to add 15 kg of water.

2. Estimated mixing time is 12 minutes total, first turn clockwise for 5-6 minutes, then reverse clockwise to 5 minutes, then stop for a period of time.

3. The dough will stop mixing for a period of time, usually more than 12 minutes or more.

4. After 12 minutes, put 10-15 kg of water into the hopper again, then open the machine to mix well for about 3 minutes, then stop, let the powder flow through the hole of the machine to use.

5. The machine system is designed continuously from pouring powder, pouring water, swirling mixing and letting the powder flow out.
